Cucina Antica is dedicated to providing local Vermonters a family friendly bistro. Family-owned an operated for 6 yrs, owner and Chef William Wisell and his wife Cristy Wisell put their heart and soul into their restaurant and you know it the second you walk in the door — you feel as though you are dining in their home. What is even more remarkable is that they are completely kid friendly and even have a designated kid’s room that includes a floor to ceiling chalk board! One of the main goals of Cucina Antica is to provide a spot for great food and wine that you can bring the whole family to. Your kids will be entertained so you can enjoy your meal and all of the food is family affordable.

Cucina is committed to supporting the local farmers and businesses. The menu consists of all Vermont Fresh Pasta products, Vt Sausage and Chicken, Cheeses from Shelburne farms and produce from local farmers such as Sol fresh farm right down the road in Charlotte. The dining room features flowers compliments of In Full Bloom Flower shop, just steps down the road. The servers even wear aprons handmade by Brianne’s Vintage Chic, a local Home Decor and antique shop in Shelburne. In their spare time, which is hard to come by, William and Cristy also have a partially baked pizza line that is distributed to 22 local vermont health food stores! Great frozen and fresh pizzas that you can take home with you.
